After the initial payment, you will be able to receive a Contract in our centre or through the Omniva parcel machine. The Contract must be completed and signed. In turn, the Umbilical cord tissue sample kit will be delivered to the planned Maternity ward, where it will be stored under appropriate conditions until the day of the delivery. We will take care of the rest.
After delivery, when the sample is transferred to our Stem Cell Centre laboratory and the sample processing has begun, we will send you an invoice for the processing (EUR 2,537) by e-mail in coded form. We will send you a confirmation document about the stored stem cells within six months.
Upon receipt of the confirmation document, you should send us a confirmation form for its receipt and choose the storage period (1, 5, 10, 18 or 25 years).
